Ever wonder what EngAGE Founder and Executive Director Tim Carpenter does in his spare time? He climbs mountains! Below are pictures of Tim (in the dark shirt) with his brother Tom, taken on his latest hike up Mt. Baldy (officially called Mt. San Antonio). It’s the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountains and the highest point in LA County. Last month, Mt. Whitney was the challenge — successfully met. At 14,457 feet in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, it’s the highest summit in the contiguous United States. Impressive!
