EngAGE is honored to have helped create the Community For All Ages model in affordable housing through our long collaboration with Community Development Partners (CDP). CFAA is a proprietary model of CDP, a leading real estate development firm committed to sustainability, equity, and innovation.
Community for All Ages (CFAA) seeks to create neighborhood in its purest form, organically connecting generations through creative arts, lifelong learning, programs to improve the well-being of residents of all ages, and intentionally designed community spaces to catalyze connection. Mahonia Crossing is a new 313-unit affordable housing CFAA community located in the South Gateway neighborhood of Salem, OR.
Mahonia Crossing celebrated its grand opening last week with an exciting event that brought out many supporters, including the EngAGE team. [Thank you to CDP for the event photos taken by Ashley Courter.]
