Massachusetts: The town of Rehoboth is investigating turning the old Anawan School on Bay State Road into affordable housing for seniors and veterans with the help of the Massachusetts Housing Partnership

Utah: In Taylorsville, Plymouth View senior housing complex serves residents who are at least 62, all are very low-income and living almost entirely on an average of $800 per month in Social Security benefits. Read more here.
Virginia: In Roanoake, Friendship Retirement Community, home to nearly 900 people, is in the early stages of developing a research partnership with two of Virginia’s leading architecture schools. The aim is to define and design the senior retirement community of the future. Read more here.
