We’re all getting older, but much of how we age depends on the choices we make. Staying as active as possible and embracing change can make aging more enjoyable. Older people are an increasingly large demographic and that makes us powerful. Together, we can continue to accomplish important shared goals, like ensuring that Medicare and Social Security programs continue to provide for us and for future generations. We can combat age discrimination and the stereotyping about older people that contributes to it. And we can continue growing personally as we’re growing older.
