The National Senior Games Obliterate 10 Myths about Aging

EXERCISEThe 2013 National Senior Games took place in Northeast Ohio in July with 10,850 athletes participating. Their energy and enthusiasm inspired Zachary Lewis of the Cleveland Plain Dealer to write about the ten myths these amazing seniors debunk.

“The evidence is right here: Not only is age just a number. It’s a number with no bearing whatsoever on whether or how one stays active.”
