Melissa Arctic Director Scott Alan Smith
Scott Smith has been on The Road Theatre’s artistic board since 1998. His directing credits at The Road include Lady (4 Ovation nominations and 2 LA Weekly awards). He is also a Theatre, Film and TV actor and professor in the Theatre Arts Department at Pepperdine University.

Lois Smith, actress in The Mark Taper Forum’s Marjorie Prime
American Theatre Hall of Fame member Lois Smith is a Drama Desk award winner (Trip To Bountiful) and two-time Tony Award nominee (Grapes of Wrath and Buried Child). Ms. Smith has been working in Theatre, Film and Television for 60 years, from iconic films like East of Eden with James Dean, to TV’s True Blood.
Actor Frank Wood, actor in the Mark Taper Forum’s Marjorie Prime
Wood is a Theatre, Television and Film actor. His Theatre credits include winning a Tony Award in 1999 for Side Man. He played Bill in August: Osage County on Broadway and starred as the character Roy Cohn in the acclaimed off-Broadway revival of Tony Kushner’s Pulitzer prize-winning play Angels in America.
