Bobbee Zeno Thanksgiving Rewind: The EJ Jackson Foundation Annual Turkey Giveaway featuring EJ Jackson, Tony King, and Lyn Tavai with Host Bobbee Zeno
THE EJ JACKSON FOUNDATION marks its 32nd year of community service through its Annual Turkey Giveaway event. More than 10,000 turkey dinners will be given to families, many who line up well in advance of the distribution date, which is November 25th this year. The location is 3669 West Slaluson Avenue in Los Angeles.

The Fred Jordan Mission‘s annual Thanksgiving banquet will serve turkey dinners to more than 2,000 homeless men, women and children on Skid Row. The meal starts at 1:00 a.m. on Fifth Street in downtown L.A. This willbe their 70th celebration.
The Midnight Mission‘s annual Thanksgiving Street Festival will serve about 2,000 meals from 10 AM to 1 PM. 601 South San Pedro Street, Los Angeles.
For four decades, Union Station Homeless Services has hosted a Thanksgiving dinner from 11 AM to 3 PM, 825 E. Orange Grove Blvd., Pasadena.
The Temple Beth Hillel Brotherhood leads the entire congregation in a day of service. They prepare a Thanksgiving meal for hundreds of local families in need. This is the 14th year for the Feast. 12326 Riverside Drive, Valley Village.
Westside Thanksgiving says thanks to New Directions for Veterans and the VA Greater Los Angeles Health Care System for hosting their annual dinner this year. Westside has three decades of tradition serving the community with a free sit-down Thanksgiving dinner. They also provide haircuts, blankets, clothing, hygiene kits, and a children’s carnival. The VA is off Wilshire Blvd., just west of the 405 Freeway. Head to the north campus, near the New Directions building.
