News from Metro Chinatown: Art and Hand-crafting

Art and hand-crafting classes provide an opportunity for residents to explore their creativity through various mediums. Recently, Art Instructor Fabian Debora introduced the technique of using ink. Residents enjoyed and were amazed by the medium’s fluidity. Fabian describes the communication and relationship building that happens between the residents and him as “magical.”

Instructor Laura Martos led hand-crafting classes in which residents prepared for spring and created decorations for in- and outdoors.
