Program Director Megan Hocking showed residents how to use items from the Community Garden in healthy recipes. They made a Greek Turkey Meatloaf, Greek Cucumber Salad, and a Lemon Yogurt Sauce. Residents got to taste the finished product, take some meatloaf home to freeze, and take the recipe to make on their own at home.
