Andalucía Senior Apartments and La Coruña Senior Apartments in Van Nuys, CA, have been having their cooking class together for several years now. The groups from the two buildings have really bonded over this class. They are dedicated and say that the class fosters unity between the buildings.
They are all very active in cooking things and showing off their skills whenever we have a bi-community Pot-Luck. They are also very good about setting up for Anne, and cleaning up after their culinary experiences.
This continues to be a great class and we are all very lucky that instructor Anne Apra enjoys cooking and teaching as much as she does!
