In Long Beach, CA, staying active keeps LBSAC residents engaged in art, wellness, and lifelong learning. Recent programming included a presentation from LA Metro and from RUN-Resident’s United Network, an affordable housing advocates group. We also attended a dance/music performance called “Moves & Grooves” at the Scottish Rite Event Center in Long Beach. In addition, residents continued to enjoy the weekly classes in Chair Yoga and Art.
