In collaboration with L.A. Kitchen, EngAGE is bringing a once a month a healthy meal demo to residents at Buckingham Senior Apartments in Los Angeles, CA. Residents get to taste the results, then go home with a bag of produce and their own individual meal.
Buckingham’s monthly birthday celebration is always lovely. Residents enjoy delicious food topped off with a piece of birthday cake provided by EngAGE. The event also includes games and raffles, and provides a great sense of community.
The Exercise Class enjoys evening walks around the neighborhood, as well as working on free weight exercises, the recumbent bicycle, and treadmill.
