News from Magnolia@9th and Magnolia@Highland: Exploring Art & Craft

At two San Bernardino, CA, communities, residents are enjoying exploring different art and craft techniques.

Craft Class Instructor Clarisa Arostegui at Magnolia at 9th  Senior Apartments encourages residents to think creatively and develop their current skills while challenging them to learn new things.  They loved working on this project. The outcome clearly shows their no-longer-hidden abilities to create beautiful work!

At Magnolia at Highland Senior Apartments,  residents are learning a new art technique via You Tube: paper beadmaking. They are challenged with transferring their knowledge from the video demonstrations while being able to explore and create individually. Everyone is enjoying learning a new skill!

EngAGE embraces a whole-person approach to creative living, providing college-level programs in the arts, wellness, and lifelong learning.
