DR. CONNIE ZWEIG is former executive editor of Jeremy P. Tarcher Publishing and contributor to Esquire magazine and the Los Angeles Times. She recently retired from a career as a Jungian-oriented therapist in the Los Angeles area, specializing in shadow-work and spiritual counseling. She is co-author of the bestsellers, Meeting the Shadow and Romancing the Shadow; author of Meeting the Shadow of Spirituality and A Moth to the Flame: The Life Story of the Sufi Poet Rumi (a novel). She is currently writing The Reinvention of Age: Mastering Late Life from the Inside Out, which extends her work on the shadow into late life. Her intention is to guide Baby Boomers to reimagine and reinvent age, just as we’ve reinvented other arenas of life.
