The significance of the conference, hosted by Fielding Graduate University, is addressed in this year’s theme: “Innovation in Positive Aging.”

Andrea discusses “A New Life Plan for 50 and Beyond,” an event scheduled for December 6th at the Positive Aging Conference.

 

 

KATHLEEN SHOMAKER, Director of Gray is Green (the National Senior Conservation Corps), the leading environmental education, advocacy, and action organization for older adults, talks about keeping elder Americans informed on “green” consumer actions and offers the latest updates on environmental advocacy. Gray Is Green is the “go to” organization for members of America’s older generations who are interested in environmental sustainability. It serves as a clearinghouse for older adults interested in greening their lives, learning about sustainability, advocating for sound climate change policy, and serving as resources for younger people involved in sustainability.
