Twice a month the residents at Olivera Senior Apartments meet for a fun-filled evening of art making. The painters are learning to put their own creative spin on the week’s picture. This class was inspired by Halloween for a Spooky & Spectacular Paint N Sip Bash.
Residents have a ball at the annual Halloween party! Each year EngAGE and FPI Management supply delicious food for the event. EngAGE brings in a great DJ, and residents dress up in their costumes and dance with their neighbors and friends. Everyone enjoys coming to the party and they get a kick out of all the interesting costumes.
Research demonstrates that participating in arts activities improves the health and quality of life of older people.
