In January, a series of fires set by an arsonist affected the lives of many people in the Los Angeles area, including EngAGE Programs Manager Sidni Myles of North Hollywood. Sidni alerted others in her apartment building when an explosion sent flames up the side of the building and onto her balcony in the middle of the night. Click here to read her dramatic story in a Los Angeles Times article. Sidni decided to turn the traumatic experience into an opportunity to honor the brave members of the North Hollywood Fire Department and the North Hollywood Division of LAPD, to acknowledge the generosity of the residents of The Piedmont Senior Living Community where she works, and to raise money for the many arson victims. Please support her efforts this coming Saturday. ~ Great idea, Sidni!
