EngAGE, in conjunction with the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs and Bali & Beyond, is delighted to have MaRia Bodmann in residence for 10 weeks at NoHo Senior Arts Colony to present classes in and public performances of Bali shadow theater. “A video of 11 mostly silver-haired guys crooning ‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight?’ inside an Oakville Tim Hortons is capturing the public’s heart. . . . it is a regular gig, every Monday night at the Tim Hortons on Iroquois Shore Rd., after the [Canadian] barbershop harmony chorus called The Entertainers breaks from practice.
