News from Park Plaza: Yoga

Susan Diol’s yoga class has completely changed the dynamic at Park Plaza Senior Apartments in North Hollywood, CA. Over the years of EngAGE’s programming—through Tanya’s Bingo on Tuesday nights, the weekly exercise class, and most definitely with Susan’s Tuesday morning yoga class—the residents have formed much more of a bond. They enjoy each other’s company and look forward to their shared experiences. You can see the joy in these pictures, and it’s even better in person when you can hear Susan chanting and singing to them throughout their session.
