EngAGE CEO/Founder Tim Carpenter was a featured speaker at this event which was held on April 27th and 28th in Dublin, Ireland, sponsored by Creative Aging International.  Tim’s appreciation of the experience and of Ireland shows in these photos he took. In Dublin:

My 88 year old friend Liam in Dublin. I feel blessed for the wisdom and history lesson, and most especially for the fun sense of humor of this great man. ~ At Searson’s of Baggot Street.

The train north to Belfast:

Belfast. Tim: “Black Taxi Political Tour with Walter, one of the original 3 tour drivers, doing it for 23 years, amazing city and history.”

At Headspace 2018 in Dublin at Trinity College.

Tim: “Performance by Joyful Noise at HeadSpace 2018, a program of Dublin’s Culture Connects, of young adults with developmental disabilities, amazingly inspiring.”

 

Tim: “Favorite line of the day about the arts at HeadSpace 2018, Senator Marie-Louise O’Donnell: ‘When you’re in trouble as a teenager, I doubt you’re going to turn to algebra.'”

Tim: “Things to do when the sun surprises.”

Tim: “More fun to be had in the surprising sun with Dominic Campbell and Bea Kelleher, rooftop style.” Dominic and Bea are co-founders of Creative Aging International.

Tim: “Walking on the water, last day in fair Dublin town.”

Tim: “‘Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.’

    Congratulations on your trip to Ireland. Looks like it was spectacular. My grandmother was Irish but I’ve never been there. Enjoyed looking at your trip! Good to hear you’re still doing good things.
