Living engaged and fulfilled lives as we age can be enhanced by participation in the arts. Hear from experts in the fields of art management, senior advocacy, senior community building, and art-based senior living to get some new perspectives on how the arts can be a lifetime pursuit. Confirmed speakers: Michael Murray, Strategic Business Operations Director, AARP California; Karen Bagnaard , visual artist with her own line of greeting cards for over 30 years – also Membership Chair for Pasadena Village; AanjiI Gaspar-Milanovic Director of Grants and Professional Development for Los Angeles County Arts Commission; and Nancy Goodhart, Chief Operations Officer of EngAGE. The moderator will be Katherine James, actor and co-star of The Gin Game at Sierra Madre Playhouse. Katherine is also a trial consultant who specializes in live communication skills based in the discipline of theater through the company ACT of Communication which she founded with her husband and co-star in The Gin Game, Alan Blumenfeld, in 1977.
