News from Pac Arts: Maker Space Training

Allan White designed the Maker Space studio at Pacific Avenue Arts Colony in San Pedro, CA. Who better then to train the artists than him? To utilize the space, the artists must successfully complete a safety orientation and equipment training session. During the four hour session, artists learned how to safely use the saws and drills, and worked on creating frames as a project. Artists received valuable information and had the opportunity to develop new skills that will help them in their careers.

EngAGE catalyzes the development of Arts Colonies that offer unique creative amenities such as art studios, galleries, and theaters.
