Portofino Villas Wins 2018 Community Cup! See the Photos!

EngAGE celebrated the second annual Community Cup (formerly Senior Olympics) on September 15th at Cerritos Park East in Cerritos, CA. Hundreds of residents of EngAGE communities in Southern California enjoyed a day of competition for medals in the Walking, Relay, Basketball, Art, and Performance categories. They also played for prizes in the Ring Fling, Football Throw, and Horseshoes categories. Breakfast, lunch, plus a DJ and dancing were included in the full day (along with free transportation, of course).

Big congratulations to Pomona, CA, community, Portofino Villas, led by Program Director Clarisa Arostegui, who took home the Community Cup trophy! And big cheers to all of the other category winners and participants!

Thank you to everyone who made the success of this exceptional day possible, including our contributors, volunteers, planning committee, EngAGE staff, and our always supportive Board of Directors. Please scroll down to see our event program (below the photos) which includes a list of supporters.
